Indoor coverage measurements
Indoor coverage measurements
It happens quite often: You bought a good smart device, but can’t use it inside the premises! How can that be, you ask yourself.
Indoor coverage not guaranteed!
All providers for public mobile communications, but also those for C2000 and IOT networks, for example, only “guarantee” outdoor coverage. Indoor coverage, or indoor coverage, is not included. In itself, this is not surprising, because to make more coverage they would have to put up even more antennas than they already do.

Insulation of radio signals
Today’s architecture and building materials make buildings more energy-friendly and durable, less affected by direct sunlight, UV-resistant, sometimes even bulletproof, etc. However, the materials that make this possible also have a drawback: most signals from the aforementioned providers are blocked. The result: a signal-shy building.
Indoor signal measurements
SAIT can provide you with insight into which desired signals are present in your premises with what strength and quality. Using professional equipment and our knowledge of signal propagation, we will prepare a report that gives you the desired insight. This report contains the measurement data displayed on a plate ground and, of course, a conclusion and, if necessary, recommendations.
Our measurement methods and the equipment to be used depend on which signal requires investigation. For example, for C2000 it will be different from 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G signals from the providers. We often use one of our spectrum analysers or the Nemo measurement set.

Even if you already have an installation that distributes the necessary signals but you still experience problems, a measurement carried out by SAIT can give you the right insights.
