JOB DESCRIPTION

A position as service/project coordinator provides a lot of variety in the work with an analysing and steering role in the execution of services and projects. Would you like to know more about the position? Then read on!

As a service/project coordinator, you have an analytical and customer-oriented attitude. In addition, you like to keep your affairs in order. Your work is varied. You enter service or project tickets into our ERP system and schedule them for your colleagues. You then ensure that the tickets are executed correctly and on time. You communicate about this with the colleagues who carry out the work and, of course, you do this in consultation with our customers.

As for project support, you plan preparatory tasks and ensure that they are carried out on time and as agreed.

As a service coordinator, you are customer-oriented, work independently and have things under control.

FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Minimum of a completed HAVO or MBO education or relevant work experience for this
    vacancy;

Competencies:

  • Customer orientation;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Dare to ask for and accept help;
  • Analytical and pro-active;
  • Administrative skills and like to
    organised working methods;
  • Affinity with technology and service is an advantage.
